Childhood Kidney Support Network

The Childhood Kidney Support Network (CKSN), a branch of KSN, aims to enhance the lifestyle, health and wellbeing of children, teenagers and young adults who have chronic kidney disease, as well as their parents and families.

We provide them with:

Resources and information – including a free Resource Library
Chat forums
Ambassadors and Mentors Program
